Ruby City HGW - Plotting post for the showdown with Sephiroth where Davesprite dies!

OUTLINE SO FAR:

> Xion and Dave (Team Sabersprite), on the basis of Waver's previous post about Team Seph, engage them when they see Sephiroth patrolling the city by air. They decide to try to lure Seph into a more secluded area but only make it as far as the stables.
> The fight begins - Davesprite vs. Sephiroth, with Xion and Elena on the sidelines.
> WHILE THAT IS HAPPENING, Xion contacts Waver and Lamont (Team Eyebrows and Hair)
> Waver then contacts Roxy (Team Robots), and Saber (Team Big Guns). Roxy contacts Dirk.
> Team Eyebrows and Hair arrive on scene.
> Triple tagging between Davesprite, Seph, and Waver. Lamont uses a Command Seal on Waver to give him a boost.
> Xion and Lamont are well out of the way, and likely also discussing things.
> THE FATAL BLOW IS STRUCK
> Elena uses a Command Seal to keep Sephiroth from going after Xion.
> Team Robots and Team Big Guns arrive just in time to see that happen. (Is Waver out of commission at this point as well?) I guess this is where they step in to keep Sephiroth busy while...
> Davesprite dies (three-way thread with Xion and Dirk).
> Sephiroth uses Supernova, and Tieria likely also uses his Noble Phantasm. Seph and Elena get away while everyone else scatters.

IMPORTANT QUESTIONS EYES HERE

1) Sephiroth and Elena need a means of absconding. Sephiroth will wait until Davesprite has died, and then use his Noble Phantasm, Supernova, to bring a meteor down on the area. This, of course, will cause everyone to scramble. Everyone can live, for sure! They just need to all leave. Is this okay with everyone involved? Meg, would this be alright with you and Fel? If everyone clears it that's what will happen; but if anyone is not okay with it plans can be changed!

2) Davesprite is going to die in Xion's arms, as if things go well (har har "well") Davesprite will have received his mortal blow while protecting her, thus saving her life. However, there are no plans for Xion to die, so someone has to save her from getting poked full of holes! I figure there's two ways to do this: Elena stops him by threatening a Command Seal, or one or several of the other combatants present can get in-between Xion and Sephiroth to block him. So Amber, this is for you, potentially; and anyone else who might want to step in to do that as well. (The answer could also be both, I'm sure!)

3) How does everyone feel about this going down on Day 7? (That, to my understanding, would be Saturday the 5th; someone please do correct me if I'm wrong about that.)

4) Dirk needs to find out that Lamont has Xion after the battle. So however that needs to happen can be hashed out somewhere here! ok yes thank you for your time.

2) I'm totally up for Elena threatening to use the command seal in stopping Sephiroth since, yeah, dude be no likin being told what to do and might be more amiable to just 'deciding' Xion isn't worth his time. Laney is ruthless, but not so much so to kill a Master - especially a child - if it isn't necessary.

H'okay! I'm fine re: 1, but since that sounds like that'll do some building damage, we need to note what that'll be here and now. (Guys where is this fight taking place?)

2. Elena and command seals. If XION uses one on Dave to give him an extra power boost (a vague "win this fight" will do), then Elena may be able to figure out how they work?

3. Day 7 sounds great, that pads stuff out a little from a mod perspective, and we're still working on this so there's that too.

ANYWAY! The chances of Xion using her command seals in this fight are extremely low. If there were no other options at all I'd agree, but if we can avoid having her use one I'd prefer it. She's got major moral objections to them that she won't discard until after Davesprite's death!

COOL WITH TEAM ROBOTS. one of tieria's noble phantasms can be used on the defensive, so he can use that to kind of give people an extra ten or fifteen seconds to run from the meteor if that's needed!
